Hi! A little about myself. I am 57 years old, married for 33 years, and I have two grown children ages 28 and 25. I am retired military serving in the Air Force for 22 years. I also worked for the government in Veteran's Affairs. This blog is to provide some positivity and guidance in our everyday life.
